Icarai Kite Village offers:

Pousada accommodation
Short and medium-term stays

Booking

A reservation is confirmed only after:

Confirmation via email or WhatsApp
Payment of a deposit (if applicable)

Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm the booking
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or at check-in
Prices are indicative and may vary depending on exchange rates

Cancellation

Cancellation by the guest

More than 15 days before arrival: deposit refunded
Less than 15 days: deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation by the pousada

In case of force majeure (exceptional conditions, technical issues, etc.):

Stay rescheduled
Or refund / credit

Stay Conditions

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Any damage to the property may be charged

Liability

The pousada cannot be held responsible for:

accidents occurring on or off the premises
injuries
loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their belongings and behavior during their stay.

Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to have travel insurance covering:

cancellation
liability
loss or theft of luggage

Late arrival / no-show

In case of late arrival or no-show:

the reservation may be canceled
no refund will be issued

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts.

Acceptance
